Hi, I’m Emily.

This work is a love letter to my past self—and to the version of me still unfolding. The woman who looked ambitious and high-achieving on the outside, but inside felt anxious, disconnected, and unsure how to carry both pain and joy in the same breath. In my own unraveling, I discovered just how deeply held some of my beliefs and wounds were—how much they shaped the way I showed up in the world, and how much they were asking to be healed.

This work changed me. It still changes me. I don’t have it all figured out—and I don’t believe healing is a place we arrive. I’m in it with you. I live this work every day. And if you see yourself in any part of my story, I want you to know: I see you. I get it. And I can help.

Combining my personal experience, education, and years of work with beloved women, I help motivated women stop feeling, numb, anxious, and checked out so you can enjoy your life. With a compassionate yet direct approach, I help women go from reactive to responsive, anxious to calm, insecure to confident. I will help you figure out how to manage your triggers so you can be a better partner, friend, and mom.

Together, we’ll use EMDR and body-based therapy to gently invite your busy, analytical mind to take a compassionate pause, creating space for healing to unfold. We’ll walk together in a judgment-free space where we’ll explore and nurture the life you’ve been longing for — a life that feels truly yours.
